Age Restriction

This website is intended for use by those who are of legal drinking age in their country of residence or the legal drinking age in the country which you are accessing this site from.

We can legally ONLY sell alcoholic beverages who are 18 Years or older. By browsing and placing an order with Ellon Whisky Shop you agree that you meet the minimum age requirement for purchasing alcohol!

 

Payment

The full payment amount must be settled in full before shipment.

Payment can be made online via Visa, Mastercard & PayPal.

Alternatively, for in-store collections only, you can make payment over the phone on 01358 729988 (Business Hours ONLY). 

We do not store any card details or information.

 

Taxes

All products sold by Ellon Whisky Shop are subject to UK Taxation.

Orders sent outwith the European Union are not subject to VAT by Ellon Whisky Shop, but may be subject to local import taxes.

It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to find out and pay any additional charges that may occur. Ellon Whisky Shop have no control over these additional charges. 

Where import charges and taxes are not met, Customs will:

  • destroy the goods; or
  • return the goods to the sender (Ellon Whisky Shop)

If the goods are returned to Ellon Whisky Shop we will provide a refund, less shipping fees.

 

Product Condition

Products that are categorised "Rare & Collectable Miniatures" are Sold as Seen in the attached photograph(s). These bottlings can be extremely old and it should be expected that their condition is not perfect.
